🔁 NETX Try Before You Buy – Return Policy

At NETX, we understand how important it is to find the perfect racket for your game. Our Try Before You Buy program allows you to test selected NETX rackets in real conditions — with confidence and no pressure.

This return policy explains how the program works and what’s expected from both sides.

📅 Program Timeline (21 Days Total)

• Pre-Trial Period: 7 Days

  • After your Try Kit arrives, you have up to 7 days to begin your trial. You can open and inspect the rackets, but no on-court play is allowed until the trial starts.

• Trial Period: 7 Days

  • From the day you start testing (or by default, the 8th day after delivery), you have 7 days to try the rackets in real match or training conditions.

• Return Window: 7 Days

  • If you decide not to keep one or more rackets, you must initiate the return within 7 days after your trial ends.

  • All returns must be shipped using the provided prepaid label within this timeframe.

💳 Trial Fee

• A non-refundable trial fee of 10% of the total value of the Try Kit will be charged at checkout.

• This fee helps cover handling, sanitation, and logistics.

• If you choose to keep a racket, the trial fee will be credited toward the final purchase price of that racket.

📦 Return Guidelines

To qualify for a full refund on returned items, the following conditions must be met:

1. Rackets must be returned in good condition.

   • Light wear (e.g., ball scuff, minor scratches) is expected.

   • Rackets showing excessive wear, cracks, major chips, or damage to the frame or grip will be charged the full retail price.

2. Include all original packaging and components.

   • Rackets should be returned with:

     • Protective sleeves or plastic wrapping

     • Hangtags (if any)

     • Accessories included in the Try Kit (e.g., grip tape, product card)

3. Use the prepaid return label provided.

   • Items must be shipped from the same country of delivery.

   • NETX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if another shipping method is used.

4. Return the rackets using the original shipping box, if possible.

   • If not available, use sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.

🚫 Exceptions & Damages

• Rackets returned damaged or heavily worn (e.g., cracked, scraped beyond normal use, modified) will not be eligible for refund, and the full retail price will be charged.

• NETX reserves the right to determine damage status based on internal inspection.

• Missing items (e.g., grips, tags, materials) may incur a partial fee.

🔄 Exchanges

• During the trial, no exchanges are offered. If you'd like to try a different model after returning your kit, simply start a new Try Before You Buy order.
