1. Eligibility: Open to all, aged 18 years or older. Prize draw is open to new and existing subscribers. Employees of NETX, and their immediate families are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period: Monthly
3. How to Enter: Subscribe to the NETX newsletter. You must remain subscribed for the duration of the competition period.
4. Prize: Winner will be selected at random to win one (1) x item. NETX reserve the right to amend these products to items of equivalent value.
5. Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion's end.
   Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the draw and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If no response, an alternate winner will be chosen.
6. Prize Delivery: Prize will be sent free to the winner's address within 30 days of confirmation. NETX is not responsible for delivery delays or issues.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to NETX's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where lawful.
8. Privacy: Personal information will be used according to NETX's Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law: Governed by Italian or Canadian Law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Italy or Canada.
