Warranties
At NETX, we stand behind our gear - after all, our name’s on it! We warranty all major manufacturing defects for the original owner.
All our paddles are handcrafted, which may lead to slight variations in measurements and graphic alignment. These differences are an inherent part of the handmade process.
Please note: our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
Warranty Registration:
- All products must be registered to be eligible for the warranty policy within the first 30-days of purchase.
- Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
If you purchased your paddle directly from the netxbrand.com you do not have to register your product (it was automatically registered at the time of purchase).
If you purchased your racket via third party you must register your product (registration is required to have your product covered by our warranty policy).

NETX's policy is to guarantee the products supplied against all manufacturing defects.
The guarantee is provided by NETX as manufacturer of the product. The latter, at its sole discretion, will establish if the merchandise is defective, NETX is responsible for all.
Any product that is clearly defective and that respects the warranty period, will be replaced immediately.
In case of doubt the product will be returned to us to make a decision within a reasonable time.
This excludes any product that has been worn out or abused, even as a result of an unintentional fault.
This also excludes any product that has been worn out prematurely due to intensive use (competitive players).
The supplier's warranty applies from the date of receipt of the product.
The warranty applies only once.
A return number must be obtained in order to return a product.
Authorized returns must be shipped at the recipient cost.
PRODUCER WARRANTY
Important: Warranty terms and policies in Europe, Canada and the U.S. are not necessarily the same, especially for footwear.
RACKETS - 12 months.
In order to provide customers with the best customer service possible, NETX will replace defective rackets.
Please follow the steps listed below to submit your racquet for warranty evaluation:
1. Submit your claim here.
2. Send your racket into NETX:

3. Our team of racket specialists will evaluate your warranty claim. If your racket is deemed under warranty or defective, NETX will replace racket at no charge.
- New rackets must show no signs of use and must be returned in the original poly bag (e.g. plastic on the handle, all tags still attached, no scrapes on the bumper guards, etc.)
- Bags must be returned in the original polybag and have all tags still on and show no signs of use
- Balls must be in the original containers and unopened
- Other accessories must arrive back in the original packaging, unopened
4. NETX will ship your new racket free.
Rackets showing abuse or uncertainty of being within warranty will be straight evaluated by us. If we decide not to replace the racket, it will be returned to you along with an explanation. Denied warranty rackets will be treated as abandoned and will be properly disposed of if unclaimed for 30 days.
SHOES

Comfort problems and premature wear due to intensive use are excluded.
APPAREL
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY
It is very important to read the washing instructions carefully. For some fibers, the use of bleach and fabric softener can irreversibly damage the texture and color of the fibers. The use of the dryer or iron can also damage some clothes. Some clothes must be washed separately. Leaving wet clothes in or out of the washing machine or in or out of the dryer without separating them can also damage them. Most returns of clothes are due to this. No warranty will apply if it is determined that the defect is due to mishandling.
