Your statutory rights

Consumer protection law in your province, state or country gives you rights that apply automatically to everything you buy from us. Nothing on this page affects or limits those rights.

In Canada, provincial consumer protection legislation provides implied conditions of acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. In Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act additionally provides a legal warranty of reasonable durability.

In the United States, implied warranties arise under the law of most states.

If a product is faulty

If a product arrives damaged, or fails in a way that indicates a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear, contact us. We review every report.

Email refund@netxbrand.com with your order number, photographs showing the issue, and a short description of how and when it occurred. We respond within two business days.

Returns

Unused products in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See Shipping & Returns for full terms.
