How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can either check out as a guest or create an account for future convenience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, 100+ crypto currencies and digital payment options.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once placed. However, you can cancel your order within a short window before it is processed. Contact customer service immediately.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through the SHOP app for real-time updates and notifications.
We take 3 days of processing time from the moment an order is placed until it is shipped.
Processing time during Saturday and Sunday will default to the next Monday.

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Shipping cost is FREE worldwide and estimated delivery times will be provided by carrier.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver directly from our warehouses in Europe & Canada, so orders typically take 2-15 days to arrive. Please bear with us as we are a new business, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What is your product warranty policy?
Products are covered by NETX against manufacturing defects. Warranty is 12 months from the received date. Contact refund@netxbrand.com for assistance with defective products.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Email refund@netxbrand.com to initiate a claim. Follow the instructions provided to send the product back for evaluation.
What is your return policy?
Products purchased online can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition with no fees. You will receive return label.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer exchanges. For a new size or color, place a new order and return the unwanted item. To return an item, email refund@netxbrand.com for a return number, then follow our return process.
Can I return an international order?
Yes, but international customers are responsible for return postage, customs, taxes, and related charges.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods.
